NEW DELHI—Manjit Singh GK, the President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee, today publicized five video clips of Jagdish Tytler in which he could be seen frankly confessing his crimes including murder of 100 innocent Sikhs during 1984 Sikh genocide. These video clips have been shot with hidden camera and seems to be shot by one of his trustworthy aides.
In a special press conference called in New Delhi, Manjit Singh GK informed that a parcel of these video clips along with their transcripts and a pen drive containing video clips was dropped to his home by an unknown youth. “I felt totally shocked when I went through the transcript of these video clips as Jagdish Tytler could be seen straightforwardly revealing his crimes,” he said.
Demanding registration of FIRs against Jagdish Tytler and his immediate arrest, GK said that these video clips have left no room for those who didn’t trust the allegations against him. He added that the copies of these video clips will be submitted to Central Bureau of Investigation so that Jagdish Tytler could be brought to justice at the earliest.
GK further said that they won’t even refrain from staging protests before the Indian Parliament if the Indian government doesn’t bring Tytler to justice.
Detail of these video clips shot on December 8 in 2011 is as follow –
In video clip #1, Jagdish Tytler could be heard talking about his cash of Rupees 1500 million that his four friends didn’t return to him.
In video clip #2, Jagdish Tytler is talking about his son’s shares in a company which has account in a Swiss bank. He could also be seen making claims that the Congress High Command has committed of nominating him in Rajya Sabha or Chief Minister’s post in Delhi.
In video clip #3, Jagdish Tytler confesses of murdering 100 innocent Sikhs during the 1984 Sikh genocide carried out following the assassination of Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. He could also be seen pointing that he lost confidence of the then Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh due to this reason.
In video clip #4, Jagdish Tytler elaborates his hold over Indian Judiciary and his relations with the then Chief Justice of India. He claims that he ensured the appointment of Justices Mr. & Mrs. Pathak in the Delhi High Court. His claim seems reliable as the Delhi High Court had granted bail to Sajjan Kumar and his aides in a case pertaining to Sikh genocide despite of the fact that the Session Court had issued non-bailing warrants against Sajjan Kumar.
In video clip #5, Jagdish Tytler could be seen sharing his tricks of lengthening the Court proceedings of a case up to 15 years. He could also be seen forecasting of Arvind Kejriwal’s death by bullet in Delhi.
Taking strong notice of Jagdish Tytler’s confessional video clip, the SGPC President S. Gobind Singh Longowal has sought his immediate arrest. He has said that Tytler’s confession about murdering 100 Sikhs during the Sikh genocide was sufficient to prove his crime so the Supreme Court of India should immediately brought him to justice.
Pained over deprivation of genocide victim families from justice, Longowal has said that the Congress has always nurtured the killers of Sikh community. He has appealed the Indian government and Police Officials to manifest an honest approach in bringing Jagdish Tytler to justice.
Meanwhile, the Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Badal has also demanded immediate arrest of Jagdish Tytler and a thorough probe about the direct role of former Indian PM Rajiv Gandhi in committing the genocide of Sikhs during November, 1984.
